Galvanized steel end caps bonded with polyurethane system to obtain
zero by-pass cartridge filter
Outer and Inner Screens:
Hot-dip Galvanized Perforated Steel and or Expanded Steel to ensure a high mechanical
strength
Gaskets:
Rigidly bonded on each cap
Media: Filtration
is provided by high quality cellulose-based TURBOPAPER impregnated
with special resins to achieve high filtration standards, high dust
holding capacity and low initial pressure drop
Media stabilization:
Pleat lock stabilization
(PLS system)
to maintain uniform spacing between pleats as standard. In some models,
pleats are held in place with Hot Melt spiral beading on the outer screen
Inspection:
Individual inspection of each
filter prior to ship
