Filter media has to be selected for each application and filter type.

At KOJEN^® Filtre we are continuously in contact with leading filter media manufacturers enabling us to take advantage of the latest technologies available and ensuring top level quality.

The filtering media based with cellulose contains generally some percentage of synthetic fibers to enhance mechanical strength.

Moreover, it is further impregnated with special resins (Acrylic) to achieve high filtration standards, high dust holding capacity and low initial pressure drop.

Additionally, in-house analysis and independent laboratories verifications, support us in cross-checking values to guarantee a product as per required specification.

Filter manufacturing technology

To ensure the use of the maximum filtration area available, thus enabling higher flow rates we use embossing method so-called PLEAT LOCK SYSTEM to meet the required specifications of the application.
